Free UK Delivery
We offer free delivery within the UK on orders over £99.
Orders below £99 are subject to a shipping fee of £9.
Order Processing
Most orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will normally be processed the next working day.
Delivery Methods
We work with trusted courier partners including UPS and Palletforce. Depending on the size and weight of the order, we reserve the right to select the most suitable courier.

Most fireplaces are delivered via pallet freight, while smaller accessories are shipped with parcel carriers such as UPS.
Ireland Delivery
Delivery to Ireland normally takes 4–5 working days.
The delivery cost is £19. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark to avoid additional customs charges.
Important: Due to transport regulations, we are unfortunately unable to ship bioethanol fuel to Ireland.

Note: Bioethanol fuel cannot be shipped to the British Isles due to transport regulations.
International Shipping
We offer international delivery to most European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and will be shown during checkout.
If your country is not listed or you require delivery outside Europe, please contact us for a quote.
Delivery Time
Typical delivery time for stocked products is 1–2 business days within the UK after dispatch.
Some fireplaces are large and require pallet shipping, which may occasionally add 1 day additional handling time.
Made-to-Order Products
Some fireplaces are produced specifically to order and may therefore have a longer delivery time. In these cases, the expected delivery time is typically 5-10 weeks.
Tracking
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your shipment until delivery.

Customs & Taxes
All prices shown include applicable taxes and duties where relevant. There are no additional customs charges for UK deliveries.
