Orders placed before 2:00 pm where the products are in stock will be shipped the same day. Every order is hand-packed and shipped with trusted carriers like DHL, UPS and Dachser.
Orders including products that are not available at our main warehouse will be handled as soon as possible, and you will be notified of an expected delivery date when we have it from our suppliers.

Placed a large order: Large fireplaces and products are often shipped on pallets. Before delivery of a pallet, the courier will contact you by phone to arrange delivery.

Installation
Comet Burner is designed for easy installation. No chimney or flue is required; ensure the room is adequately ventilated as described in the manufacturer's instructions. It only needs to be connected to a standard 230 V power supply and placed in a room with a minimum air volume of 66 m³ for optimal safety and function. The fireplace is ready for immediate use and can be controlled wirelessly via remote control, app, or smart home system.
