Order confirmation
You’ll receive an instant order confirmation by email after purchase for you to review.
Payment for your order will be reserved on your account until we dispatch the order from our warehouse.
Fast dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 pm where the products are in stock will be shipped the same day. Every order is hand-packed and shipped with trusted carriers like DHL, UPS and Dachser.
Orders including products that are not available at our main warehouse will be handled as soon as possible, and you will be notified of an expected delivery date when we have it from our suppliers.
Track your order
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll send you tracking information by email, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Not home when your order arrives: Your order will be delivered to the carrier’s local pick-up point.
Placed a large order: Large fireplaces and products are often shipped on pallets. Before delivery of a pallet, the courier will contact you by phone to arrange delivery.

Planika FLA4 – Bespoke Measurements
Create a truly tailored fireplace with the Planika FLA4 bespoke bioethanol burner, available in custom dimensions to suit your individual fireplace design. With a maximum length of 3 metres, the FLA4 can be specified to fit a wide range of bespoke and architectural installations.
Designed for projects where a standard burner size is not sufficient, the bespoke FLA4 combines Planika's advanced BEV® (Burning Ethanol Vapours) technology with the flexibility of made-to-measure production. The result is a sophisticated, linear flame that can be seamlessly integrated into custom-built fireplaces and interior designs.

The bespoke FLA4 is manufactured according to your project requirements, allowing the burner to be specified to the dimensions needed for your installation.

Advanced Bioethanol Technology
The FLA4 uses Planika's BEV® technology, which burns ethanol vapours rather than the liquid fuel itself. This provides a clean and controlled flame without the need for a traditional chimney or flue.
