ScandiFlames Freyr Freestanding Bioethanol Fireplace with Surtur 18" Insert
The ScandiFlames Freyr bioethanol fireplace combines classic fireplace design with modern bioethanol technology. Measuring 105 × 99 × 32cm and weighing 36kg, the freestanding surround is crafted from solid Polystone MGO with an authentic stone-look finish and finely detailed classical ornamentation. Slim columns and a floral-inspired crown element give the fireplace a balanced and elegant appearance, making it a natural focal point in the room.
At the centre of the surround is the Surtur 18" bioethanol fireplace insert, which burns bioethanol to create real, lively flames without smoke, soot or the need for a chimney. This makes Freyr an ideal choice for anyone who wants the atmosphere of a traditional fireplace with greater flexibility and fewer installation requirements.
Key features of the ScandiFlames Freyr
- Freestanding design: no chimney or flue required and easy to position within the room.
- Real flames: bioethanol fire produces natural flames without smoke or ash.
- Heat output up to 3 kW: provides pleasant supplementary warmth.
- Surtur 18" bioethanol insert: compact insert with up to approximately 5.5 hours of burn time per refill.
- Polystone surround: classic design with columns, floral details and a stone-effect finish.
- Manual flame control: flame level adjusted using the included control tool.
Atmosphere and everyday warmth
The Freyr bioethanol fireplace creates a calm and inviting atmosphere with live flames that can be enjoyed throughout the year. It is well suited to living rooms, dining areas and other shared spaces where visual warmth and ambience are desired without the upkeep of a traditional fireplace.
